Our production lines
• 1 squaring-edgebander with ABS / PVC;
• 1 fully automatic production line for the processing and packaging of customized worktops, composed as follows:
– 1 panel saw
– 1 squaring-edgebander
– 4 pantographs in parallel
– 1 fully automated packaging line
• 3 workstation to manufacture customized, shaped and pantograph-carved pieces on specific request;
• 3 panel-sizing machines for cutting laminate, raw chipboard panels and semifinished bars of various kind;

Advanced state of the art technology
The new Topstar plant for the production of customized worktop, unique in Italy, is able to work up to 1000 pieces per 8 hours shift. This system, born from the specific experiences of Topstar and the best German, Austrian and Italian technologies, required two years for the design, plus one year for the realization and the start up, together with 7 million Euros investment. It integrates all the types of possible processing on a finished worktop, more than 3 km wide automatic warehouse for the management of the remainders and a sorting-system for the reorganization of delivery sequences of 1000 pieces.

The work done on the technical, productive and organizational structure allow Topstar to deliver the products requested (also customized worktops) one week after loading
Topstar information system is integrated with that of its major customers for managing the entire process (from order to delivery). This drastically reduces errors and time compared to traditional processes
Topstar is equipped to support all transport needs (truck, container etc) packaging and labelling of the product by integrating the information received from the final customer
